Coquettish Fetish

Angelique Houtkamp is a dutch born tattoo artist, painter and shoe designer, whose feminine images range from glamourous pinup girls gently whispering their hoodoo proclivities, like in the paintings Love/hate, Magda and Vertimae, to slightly sapphic, androgenous figures, such as in Brunhilde and Sailorette.  Angelique's enticing flash prints display a touch 1920's glamour, while hinting at a modern splendor defined by the oh-so-delicate line work and flawlessly feminine finish that each print reveals.

Pen Lust

French artist Antoinette Fleur has a rich, colourful style which is sexy and feminine.  Her rapid, sketchy hand lends an air of frivolity and lightness, which is at the same time bold and atmospheric.  The girls she portrays are elegant and chic, with an added air of bohemia.

My weapons - journal and pencil...and a ham cheese tomato toastie.

Epiphany

Hollow grace,
Uncertain face,
Let me erase
and start again.

untitled #1

Endless drone of days gone by.
Ebb & flow of the television tide.
Mindless, ageless, faithless, waiting,
for something that never comes.
Existence for the sake of it,
but what is it?
Hungry for more, never full.
An internal war being fought
Underlying, invisible
Subconscious decay, rotting away.
A human husk, a shell remains,
Of all that was,
and will never be again.

Wanted:

Oscar Littleson
(aka Choufleur; Finchy)

Annie St Claire
(aka Purrdita; Minchy)

Wanted: for being deceptively cute and cuddly, both have an underlying naughtiness which may lead to mischief. Crimes: tainting water supply (drinking out of glass of water when no one is looking); petty thievery (knocking belongings onto the floor, and hiding them under the couch); and assault (using claws/teeth during playtime).
Both to be treated as highly suspicious at all times.

In the beginning, there was blog...

It's hard to find inspiration in this world. Most of us work jobs we don't like, and get so bogged down in the day to day running of things that we forget that these jobs are just a means to an end, not an end in themselves.
Time is such a precious commodity to us - the time we sell working these jobs can never be bought back, not for all the money in the world.
This is why it's so important to follow our dreams.
